When you apply for a job, register a candidate account, book an appointment, or send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — such as name, mobile number, email, education, work experience and uploaded CV files.
How we use your information
Your information is used only for recruitment and placement processing, appointment scheduling, responding to enquiries, and service updates — by SMS, WhatsApp, phone or email.
Data protection
Access to applicant data is limited to authorized staff through the secure admin panel. Passwords are stored hashed. We do not sell or trade personal data to third parties.
When we share data
With your consent, application details and CVs may be shared with licensed recruiting agencies and foreign employers for the purpose of job placement only.
Data retention
Application and enquiry records are kept for recruitment purposes and can be deleted on request (see contact options below).
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our office.
